Kwame is a Senior Research Fellow at KSB Optimum Solutions Group, a consulting company that provides cutting-edge data management, research and evaluation services to non-profits, corporate and government entities. Kwame's functions at Optimum Solutions Group include predictive data modeling, spatial statistics, urban modeling, meta-evaluation/analysis, grants research and evaluation and research design at both global and domestic levels. His field ranges from Public Health (Human Services) to Housing & Community Development, Marketing, Education, Disaster and Economic Development.

He's also a Program Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at Habitat for Humanity International, a nonprofit organization building simple, decent, affordable housing in partnership with people in need headquartered in Atlanta. His essential functions include providing support in creating, implementing and standardizing internal controls of research, program design, monitoring and evaluation across the organization.

Prior to joining Habitat for Humanity, Kwame provided research and evaluation support to Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority. He has several years of experience in conducting public policy research in multiple disciplines, managing longitudinal/cross-sectional research and evaluation studies (quantitative and qualitative), and conducting segmentation/cluster studies for retail entities using several advanced statistical modelling methods. He has significant experience, skills and technological 'know-how' to lead medium-to-large scale emperical studies.

He earned his Ph.D in Research, Policy Analysis and Program Evaluation and M.A in Planning & Geographich Information Systems from The University of Akron, OHIO after earning his B.Sc. in Land Economy (Economics) from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, GHANA in 2000.
